Digital Products

TRYSEC sells digital products only. Delivery is made electronically, through email, a customer panel, or the platform informed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time

The delivery period is up to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Under normal conditions, most orders are delivered before this deadline.

Warranty and Refunds

We do not offer warranty or refunds for products whose lack of warranty is clearly stated in the product description.

By purchasing products marked as "No Warranty", the customer waives the right to support, exchange, or refund.

Products with a proven defect may be reviewed for replacement if the problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Subscriptions and temporary services are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions and Temporary Services

• Subscriptions without warranty do not include support.
• If there are 10 days or less remaining before expiration, new access will only be released upon renewal.
• Password-forgotten cases may be reviewed individually.

Nitro Refund Policy

Refund requests for Nitro products will only be reviewed when accompanied by a continuous video showing:

• The complete purchase process;
• No cuts or edits;
• The failure being clearly demonstrated.

Pix Prize Box / Robux Roulette

Prize payments will be made within up to 20 business days after winner confirmation and validation of the provided information.

If the customer delays sending the necessary data, the prize may be canceled.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Pix, bank transfer, and other digital payment platforms. Delivery begins only after payment confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Reading the full product description;
• Checking compatibility before purchase;
• Providing accurate and complete information.

TRYSEC is not responsible for:

• Improper use of the product or service;
• System incompatibility;
• Incorrect information provided by the customer.

Misuse and Suspension

We may suspend delivery, support, or service in cases involving:

• Improper use;
• Fraud attempts;
• Violation of these terms.

Game Pass PC / Console

• 30-day warranty for support and corrections;
• No warranty is provided for xCloud;
• Xbox parental control issues are not covered;
• The warranty covers only incorrect data such as email or password.

Subscriptions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Changing the account password or email;
• Reselling the account.

Failure to comply with these rules results in the total loss of warranty and support.

Steam Games

We do not offer refunds after a key has been activated, blocked, or revoked.

Steam keys are digital, for one-time use only, and cannot be reused, transferred, or reset.

Liability Notice

TRYSEC is not responsible for issues caused by:

• Failure to change or manage required account data properly;
• Failure to follow provided instructions;
• Negligence in protecting the account.

Lifetime Products

Products classified as lifetime refer to the period during which the service remains available.

• No refunds are provided after delivery;
• Except in the case of a proven initial defect.

Final Provision

By purchasing any product from TRYSEC, the customer declares that they are fully aware of and agree with all of the terms above.

Support for Lifetime Products

Products such as Spotify, CapCut, and other APK-based products include warranty and support for only 7 days after purchase.

After this period, if the product stops working, a new purchase will be required.
